With all that’s going on around us, it’s easy to feel a bit more stressed than usual. I think some of us don’t realise how stress can effect us or even how much we have in our lives. It’s always good to take some time during the day to switch off and relax.
This short meditation is with some singing bowls, no voice just the sounds. A good idea is to find a comfortable space, take some deep breaths, close your eyes and just listen, after the sounds give yourself a few minutes of silence to come back… if you need more, play it again ! Enjoy 🙂
